Receive Assistance from the Windsor-Severance Food Pantry
The Windsor-Severance Food Pantry is located inside Faith United Church of Christ at 1020 Walnut Street.
The Windsor-Severance Food Pantry is open on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon. (Services cannot and will not be granted outside of these days and times) Please enter through the door on the East side of the church.
If you are in need of food donations and reside within Weld RE-4 School District boundaries, please fill out the Request for Food Assistance form and bring it to the Windsor-Severance Food Pantry during the hours listed above. You must be a permanent resident within the school district boundaries, have a valid ID and social security number, and be prepared to show proof of income.
How often can households request help?
A household can request a assistance every 6 weeks. It averages out to be 4 boxes over a 6 month period. The only exception is the Thanksgiving and Christmas boxes and they are given out 4 weeks apart.
Assistance is only available on Tuesday and Thursday mornings between 9:00 a.m. and noon when staff is working.
