Receive Assistance from the Windsor-Severance Food Pantry

The Windsor-Severance Food Pantry is located inside Faith United Church of Christ at 1020 Walnut Street.

  • The Windsor-Severance Food Pantry is open on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon. (Services cannot and will not be granted outside of these days and times) Please enter through the door on the East side of the church.

  • If you are in need of food donations and reside within Weld RE-4 School District boundaries, please fill out the Request for Food Assistance form and bring it to the Windsor-Severance Food Pantry during the hours listed above. You must be a permanent resident within the school district boundaries, have a valid ID and social security number, and be prepared to show proof of income.

  • If you do not live in the Weld RE-4 school district please seek assistance from the Weld Food Bank in Greeley or from the Larimer County Food Bank in Fort Collins.

How often can households request help?

  • A household can request a assistance every 6 weeks. It averages out to be 4 boxes over a 6 month period. The only exception is the Thanksgiving and Christmas boxes and they are given out 4 weeks apart.

Assistance is only available on Tuesday and Thursday mornings between 9:00 a.m. and noon when staff is working.
